3. Booking and Reservations
3.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Alanya Tour.
3.2. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email.
3.3. You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
3.4. You are responsible for ensuring all personal details, including names, dates, and contact information, are correct.
3.5. Special requests (dietary requirements, accessibility needs, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
4.3. Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required at the time of booking.
4.4. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash (for on-site payments).
4.5. Payment confirmation will be sent via email upon successful transaction.
4.6. Additional costs (entrance fees, optional activities, personal expenses) are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund
5.2. Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
5.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund
5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
5.5. We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative arrangement.
6. Changes and Modifications
6.1. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6.2. Requests for changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
6.3. We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or services due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1. You must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the specified time.
7.2. You are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits).
7.3. You must comply with local laws and regulations during tours and excursions.
7.4. You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables.
7.5. You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements that may affect participation.
8. Health and Safety
8.1. You participate in activities at your own risk.
8.2. We recommend appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, and trip cancellations.
8.3. You must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
8.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or behaving inappropriately.
9. Liability and Insurance
9.1. Alanya Tour acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, activity providers).
9.2. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers.
9.3. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
9.4. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
9.5. We strongly recommend customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Alanya Tour or licensed to us.
10.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11.2. We comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
12. Complaints and Disputes
12.1. Any complaints must be reported to us immediately during the service or within 7 days of completion.
12.2. We will investigate and respond to complaints within 14 business days.
12.3. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
12.4. These Terms are governed by Turkish law, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
